Everything we ordered turned out really good and unexpectedly delicious. Pineapple bun was nicely toasted, cookie on top was crispy. The cheung fun was good but I might have ordered the wrong thing because I also wanted to try the one with fish siu mai.
On to the part why I gave them a 3 star rating, I usually don’t do this. Their baked rice crumbed pork was really yummy but it was hazardous for us because they served the dish super hot without sitting the ‘baked’ plate on another plate AND did not tell us that it was burning hot so I burnt my finger as a result of that. I hope the owner reads my review so they can take on this feedback. Who serves an ‘oven baked’ plate without giving any protection. OHS issue for the staff and customers, which could get them fined eventually.
started off with hong kong style curry fish ball! this brought back so many memories of going to 7-eleven back in china and just ordering these balls at night for a snack. the curry was so yum and the balls were perfectly cooked. at a price of $6.8, i rate this a 9.7/10 ☺️
the next dish was the hong kong style beef brisket tripe honeycomb with white radish in claypot! another amazing dish and it the beef was delicious when paired with rice. at a price of $24.8, i rate this dish a 9/10 😊
the next dish was the taiwan style popcorn chicken! the chicken pieces are so good which i loved and it was seasoned perfectly. at a price of $8.8, i rate this dish a 10/10 😋
we also ordered stir fried pea shoots! this was a good break from all the previous meat dishes so it was definitely enjoyable. at a price of $23.8, i rate this dish a 8.8/10 😌
the last dish was the black truffle prawn and egg fried rice! enjoyed it a lot and it went well with all the other dishes we ordered! the truffle taste was also really pronounced which i liked. at a price of $16.8, i rate this dish a 9/10 😙

Vermicelli with Salted Chicken and Prawn came fast and was yummy with a generous portion. Hong King Style Rice Rolls were alright.

This place is amazing. They have special lunch deals that are so worth it! Had this pork chop on rice and lemon tea drink for only less than 15 on a Sunday! I’ve also trued their 3 cups chicken before and they were all delicious.
焗豬扒飯 - It's ok. Sauce not bad.
腐乳椒絲通菜 - It's a bit pricey for a veggie dish but it's quite tasty. Enough flavor.
Coconut Panna Cotta - Very tasty. Good mango and coconut flavor.
墨魚汁炒飯 - I like the rice which was not too soggy. The flavor was ok. Typical squid ink dish. Small pieces of octopus in it.
混醬腸粉加燒賣 - pretty authentic. The sauce is good but usually pretty standard. They did a good job on the rice roll. Nice and firm.
Fish balls and things - I like the spicy sauce. Fish ball seemed fresh and texture is good.
Ice milk tea - High light of the meal. I ended up coming over just to get the milk tea. Well balance flavor, not too sweet, perfectly done. That alone worth 5 stars.
There's a lot of Hong Kong style eateries popping up. This one is okay. There's a very extensive menu. No standout dishes for me but the price was very reasonable considering the interior was quite nice.
There was some charm at Le Charme but I'm sure if I'll be back. Not bad overall.
One of the young ladies who was waitressing was really lovely and organised to have the S+S Pork reheated as it arrived to our table almost cold. The flavour of our Sweet and Sour Pork was barely OK; however, the Pork + Prawn Singapore Fried Noodles was a game of trying to find any pork or prawns among the mountain of noodles. We will choose not return here in future.
Baked Beef Rice Chicken are good but Le Charme sweet sour pork took so a bit longer to cone out and not really hot.
